Japanese dish prepared from the meat of pufferfish
Fugu is an expensive and delicay dish in Japan. As you might know from a Simpson's episode, in fact it contains a poison.
Some people dies from eating fugu, but most of them are amateur cooks. The government licenses chefs with special fugu cooking training.
