Metro and inner-city trains in Tokyo and in other major cities

The short distance trains are extremely crowded at rush hours. The trains heading to Tokyo in the morning are so crowded that stations hire professional 'push-backers' who make sure the capacity of trains gets ‘maximised.’

Of course as a traveller, you could avoid taking trains in the rush hours, or you could experience it once to tell your friends.
